Interior Design
The service is completely modular in that clients can -buy into´ as much
or as little of Pedro´s expertise as they wish, from a single room to a
hotel. Pedro can focus exclusively on the interiors or oversee the
planning and building phases for a more complete and considered vision.
Pedro also works with many clients who know what they want but don´t either have the time or know-how to implement it. They value having Pedro´s opinion, which often makes the difference between an inspired choice and one that misses the mark.
For investors, Pedro has actually done the leg-work in finding properties that offer good redevelopment opportunities. He has then sourced builders, project managed and interior designed the properties for resale or rental.
